1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how 4me.house, forme.house, 4me, Bison Creek Real Estate LLC, Ruben Vela Jr., and participating brokers, agents, builders, developers, and service providers, as applicable (collectively, 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'), collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Platform.
The Platform includes our websites, redirected domains, mobile features, landing pages, social media pages, email, text, advertising, CRM tools, electronic signature tools, and offline interactions that link to this Privacy Policy.
2. Separate brokerage and professional relationships
If you enter a written representation agreement, referral agreement, purchase contract, builder registration, or other professional relationship with a broker, agent, builder, lender, title company, inspector, or other provider, that party may also process your information under its own privacy practices, legal duties, and recordkeeping obligations. This Policy does not replace a brokerage's, builder's, lender's, or third party's own privacy policy.
3. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Platform:
Identifiers and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, username, account credentials, preferred contact method, and signature/contact details.
Real estate preferences, such as saved homes, saved searches, preferred cities, communities, price range, beds, baths, square footage, move-in timing, builder preferences, tour requests, favorite floor plans, boards, notes, and messages.
Inquiry and inquiry information, such as requests for builder information, tour requests, representation requests, referral requests, open-house registrations, call notes, CRM status, assigned agent, and source attribution.
Electronic signature and document information, such as signed document status, initials, signature adoption, consent records, timestamps, IP address, email delivery status, audit logs, and document metadata.
Transaction-related information you choose to provide, such as representation agreement status, financing preferences, preapproval status, desired closing timeline, and other information needed to help with a property search or referral.
User content, such as photos, videos, comments, ratings, reviews, messages, posts, wish lists, boards, uploaded documents, and other content you submit.
Device, internet, and usage data, such as IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, geolocation derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, ad identifiers, and analytics events.
Communications data, such as emails, texts, calls, direct messages, web chats, voicemail, form submissions, and related metadata.
Professional user information, such as agent name, broker name, license number, brokerage contact details, builder/developer role, authorization status, profile information, content rights confirmation, and compliance acknowledgments.
Information from third parties, such as builders, brokers, agents, service providers, social platforms, analytics providers, data providers, public records, MLS/data feeds if authorized, and referral partners.
4. Information we ask you not to submit
Unless we specifically request it through a secure and appropriate channel, do not send Social Security numbers, driver license images, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, health information, biometric identifiers, passwords, protected-class information, or other sensitive information through general forms, chat, email, or comments.
5. How we use information
We may use information to:
operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve the Platform;
create and manage accounts, saved homes, saved searches, boards, recommendations, and notifications;
respond to inquiries, schedule calls, send property information, support tour requests, and provide customer service;
support home search, new-construction comparison, builder matching, buyer representation, referral, and brokerage services;
route your request to the specific broker, agent, builder, developer, or service provider you selected or that is assigned to assist with your request;
prepare, send, sign, manage, store, audit, and retrieve electronic records and signatures;
send marketing, newsletters, property alerts, new construction alerts, builder incentives, open-house notices, reminders, and service updates, consistent with your choices and applicable law;
analyze preferences, usage, source attribution, advertising performance, and Platform effectiveness;
detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, unauthorized access, security incidents, illegal activity, and misuse;
enforce our Terms, professional user rules, referral agreements, and content policies;
comply with legal, regulatory, MLS, broker, TREC, litigation, recordkeeping, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations; and
conduct business transactions such as reorganization, merger, sale, assignment, financing, or transfer of assets.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
Bison Creek Real Estate LLC, Ruben Vela Jr., and authorized brokerage staff or transaction support personnel;
participating or referral brokers and agents assigned to respond to your inquiry or provide services you requested;
builders, developers, new construction sales teams, or community representatives for homes, communities, incentives, or information you selected or requested;
service providers that help us operate the Platform, including hosting, CRM, analytics, email, SMS, phone, chat, e-signature, forms, storage, security, advertising, mapping, payment, and customer-support providers;
MLSs, data providers, broker vendors, compliance vendors, and recordkeeping providers, where applicable and authorized;
professional advisors, auditors, insurers, lawyers, accountants, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and government authorities where reasonably necessary;
successors or counterparties in a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of assets;
other users or the public when you post content in public or shared areas of the Platform; and
other parties when you direct us to disclose information or give consent.
7. Referral and compensation disclosure
If your inquiry is referred to another licensed broker or agent, information needed to make and manage that referral may be shared with the receiving broker or agent and their brokerage. If a transaction closes, a referral fee or other lawful compensation may be paid to Bison Creek Real Estate LLC or another referring brokerage under a broker-approved referral agreement. Your information should not be sold as an consumer inquiry data to unrelated parties without appropriate notice, consent, and legal review.
8. Builder inquiries
When you request information about a specific builder, community, floor plan, quick move-in home, incentive, or tour, we may share your contact details, preferences, and inquiry details with that builder/developer or its authorized representative so they can respond. Builder privacy practices and follow-up communications may be governed by the builder's own privacy policy and consent language.
9. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, analytics tools, ad platforms, and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, measure traffic, improve content, attribute consumer inquiries, personalize content, and advertise. Some uses may be considered targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, 'sharing,' or 'sale' under certain privacy laws. We will provide opt-out tools where required by law and where supported by our technology providers.
10. Marketing, phone, email, and text communications
By submitting a form or request, you may authorize us and the specific parties identified in the form or transaction to contact you by email, phone, text, direct message, or similar methods. Consent is not required to purchase property or services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, use unsubscribe links to opt out of marketing emails, or contact [email protected]. We may still send transactional, legal, account, appointment, document, and service-related messages as permitted by law.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and how we process your information, you may have rights to:
confirm whether we process your personal information;
access a copy of certain personal information;
correct inaccurate information;
delete certain information;
obtain a portable copy of certain information;
opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information, or certain profiling where required by law;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
appeal a denied privacy request where required by law.

12. Texas privacy notice
To the extent the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or other Texas privacy laws apply to us, Texas residents may exercise applicable consumer rights by contacting us at the privacy contact listed above. We will provide required notices, honor applicable opt-out rights, and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data we process. If we sell sensitive personal data or biometric personal data, Texas law may require special notices. Our intended early policy is not to sell sensitive personal data or biometric personal data.
13. Children and minors
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 should use the Platform only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, app, electronic communication, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain records, comply with brokerage and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support business operations. Transaction, brokerage, referral, e-signature, and compliance records may be retained for longer periods required by law, broker policy, MLS rules, insurance, or professional standards.
16. Electronic signatures and documents
If you use electronic signatures or documents, information associated with signing may be collected by us and/or the third-party electronic signature provider. This can include document metadata, email delivery, timestamps, IP address, authentication events, signature/initial adoption, completion status, and audit trails. Third-party e-signature providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Third-party links and services
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites, maps, social media, payment processors, electronic signature tools, CRMs, builders, lenders, inspectors, title companies, MLS/data providers, or other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third parties.
18. Public posts and shared boards
If the Platform allows public posts, comments, reviews, ratings, shared boards, or social features, information you post may be visible to others and may be copied, shared, indexed, or stored by others. Do not post private or sensitive information in public areas.
19. Do Not Track and browser signals
Some browsers offer 'Do Not Track' or similar signals. Because standards vary, the Platform may not respond to all such signals unless required by applicable law. Where required, we will honor supported opt-out preference signals for targeted advertising or sale/sharing of personal information to the extent our technology stack allows.
20. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use after an update means you acknowledge the updated Policy.

SMS and Text Messaging Consent
By submitting a showing request, contact form, or other inquiry through 4me.house that includes your telephone number, you specifically agree to receive marketing and informational text messages and phone calls from Ruben Vela, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent operating through Bison Creek Real Estate LLC (collectively, "we," "us," or "4me"), including messages about real estate listings, property recommendations, open houses, appointment and showing coordination, and related services.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any message and data charges associated with such text messages. You certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile telephone number provided, and you will notify Bison Creek Real Estate immediately if you are no longer the owner or authorized user of that number.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to the number from which the messages are sent, or open your 4me.house account and opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties and are never sold to lead generators. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider and customer support), and not for their own marketing. Your personal information is kept confidential as described in this Privacy Policy.
By submitting a form that includes your telephone number, you consent to be contacted by Bison Creek Real Estate and its authorized representatives at that number even if the number is listed on the federal or any state Do-Not-Call list.
