SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
1. Program description
The 4me.house messaging program is operated by Ruben Vela, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent and the team behind 4me ("we," "us"). Brokerage services are provided through Bison Creek Real Estate LLC. The program sends transactional and conversational text messages related to your home search, such as tour-request confirmation links, responses to your questions about homes and builders, appointment coordination, and account or document notifications.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by submitting a form on 4me.house that includes your telephone number together with the displayed consent notice (for example, a tour request), or by texting us first. SMS consent is a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service. An exact preview of the opt-in screen is published at 4me.house/legal/sms-opt-in (no account required).
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. A typical inquiry results in one to three messages. We do not send recurring marketing messages under this program.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages we send.
5. Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 254-910-5647.
6. Privacy — no third-party marketing use
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers acting on our behalf to operate the messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider), and not for their own marketing. 7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Terms
Use of the program is also governed by our Terms of Use. We may update these SMS terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
