Owner, Denali Construction · Marine Corps veteran - on your build every step

Jeff stepped onto his first jobsite at 13 and never left the trade. A Marine Corps veteran, he brings that leadership and accountability to every build - you work directly with him at every step, no middleman. Off the jobsite he is a husband, a dad to one daughter, an outdoorsman, and working toward his goal of refereeing college football. He believes a home should reflect the people who live in it, and keeps the build personal and transparent from first meeting to keys.

• Ceilings (living areas): blown-in fiberglass 12 in - R-38

Texas new-home contracts disclose insulation material, thickness, and R-value per area (paragraph 7.G). Higher R-value resists heat better - in Central Texas the ceiling number matters most for summer cooling bills.
