Their pitch is not volume: it is that the same family stands behind the house afterwards, with a warranty coordinator who walks the home with you at orientation and named local trades on call for emergencies. The Premier Series plans are the current line, and full sod, a sprinkler system and a six-foot cedar-post privacy fence are in the sales price rather than sold as upgrades. Build time runs about four to six months.

Five communities, all in Temple: The Parks at Westfield and Hills of Westwood East on the west side, Grove at Lakewood Ranch East and West to the north-west, and Hartrick Ranch to the south. They also list Hills of Westwood West, which has no inventory at the moment.
