Saratoga Homes operates a dedicated Killeen division with quick move-ins near Fort Cavazos. Compare Heritage Oaks, Levy Crossing, Turnbo Ranch and Yowell Ranch, from entry-price plans through larger Heritage Oaks homes, with all available floor plans cleaned to architecture-only black-and-white.

Founded in 1983 by David Bombach, an Army veteran of Vietnam with the 101st Airborne, and still run by the family — his sons Charlie and Jack now lead it. That history is the reason the Killeen division exists as its own operation rather than an outpost of the Houston or Austin ones, and it shows in where they build: all four communities sit within a short drive of Fort Cavazos. Their stated difference is amenity spend — where many production builders pay a fee to opt out of dedicated parkland, Saratoga puts in parks, trails and walkable streets, and the four rays of the starburst in their logo stand for the four promises they make about it.

Four Killeen communities: Levy Crossing, Heritage Oaks, Turnbo Ranch and Yowell Ranch. Saratoga also builds in Houston, El Paso and the Austin metro, which are outside this corridor.
